He has several years consulting on Telecommunication, mobility and customer relationship management engagements. He has experience in wide ranging fields like Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Selling enterprise technology solutions, Data warehousing & consulting on Technical Solution. Before starting this company Neeraj had worked with Tata Steel and Infosys Technologies. He has consulted at marquee fortune 500 clients like Telstra & Apple. Worked for several years at client locations in Australia and CA, US. Neeraj holds Bachelors degree in Electrical from IIT-BHU and Global Management Program from IIM Calcutta.

Himanshu Singh - Director, Services Himanshu has 10 years of IT experience in the areas of Datawarehousing and Business Intelligence for clients like DHL and Gateway. Himanshu is a technologist who believes that there is nothing that technology cannot solve. Himanshu has extensive experience in Database Design, ASP.NET technologies and SOA architecture. He provides technical direction at One Associates and is responsible for project delivery. Himanshu has a B.tech from IIT Kanpur and Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Latika Manaktala - Business Development Manager (BDM) Latika is a commerce graduate from University of Kurukshetra. She has worked earlier at Reliance Money and Industrial computer accountants (ICA) on Business Development activity. Presently, finishing her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in IT from Pune University, India. She has been instrumental in setting up the companies CRM process and works closely with the mobility solutions group. She has excellent communication and presentation skills. She has built rewarding and profitable relationships with our clients.

Swati Kachare - Tech Lead Swati has done B.E. from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai. Swati specializes in designing and architecting web-based systems and her strong exposure to the technology enables her to design robust and scalable solutions on microsoft platform. Prior to joining One-Associates Swati has worked with Srishti Infotech as a Software Engineer. She has excelent understanding of ASP.NET, AJAX and SQL Server. At one-Associates Swati leads a team of developers for one of our key customer.
